Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stilo account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this: from inside the app, or by sending us a request if you no longer have the app installed. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

This is the quickest way and takes effect immediately:

1. Open the Stilo app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Open the My Details section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when asked — you'll see a prompt warning that your account will be permanently deleted and this cannot be undone. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is removed straight away and you'll be signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you've already uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us and we'll delete your account for you:

• Email privacy@stilolabs.com from the email address on your account.
• Use the subject line "Delete my account".
• We'll verify the request is from you, delete your account, and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number and date of birth
• Your booking and attendance history
• Any remaining credits and membership details
• Your preferences and saved settings

Payment card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and were never stored by Stilo. Records we are legally required to keep — such as transaction and tax records — are retained only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent — your history and any unused credits cannot be recovered afterwards.
• If you have an active membership, cancelling it first is described in our Cancellation Policy.
• Signing up again later creates a brand-new account; it does not restore the old one.
